Licensing and registration
AIC LLC is registered in the Sharjah Media City (Shams) Free Zone under Certificate of Formation No. 2324166 dated 29 May 2023 and operates under Licence No. 2324166.01, valid until 28 May 2027.
The company maintains a bank relationship with a leading UAE bank; account details are provided to contracted counterparties on request and are never published on this website.
Sanctions and export-control policy
We do not sell, re-sell or deliver goods to the Russian Federation, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba or any territory under international sanctions, and we do not route shipments in transit through the Russian Federation.
We screen every counterparty, its owners and its banks against the UN, US (OFAC), EU and UK sanctions lists before contracting and again before each shipment.
Goods are supplied only for their declared industrial purpose. For sulphur this means sulphuric acid and mineral fertiliser production; diversion to other uses is prohibited under our contracts.
Know-your-customer and end-user certification
Buyers provide corporate registration documents, beneficial-ownership information and, for each transaction, an end-user certificate confirming the final consumer and the intended use of the goods.
On request of the producer or its marketing agent we obtain confirmation of import into the destination country within 30 days of delivery.
Documents we provide
- Certificate of Formation and current trade licence (Shams Free Zone).
- Beneficial-ownership declaration and passport copy of the General Manager.
- Bank reference letter and account details (to contracted counterparties).
- For each lot: producer's quality passport, certificate of origin, export declaration, rail consignment note and commercial invoice.
